Locate Objects in Console One

If you have containers with many objects, it can be frustrating to find a specific object. To find an object quickly, do the following:

Select any object in the right pane and press [Alt] plus any letter other than those that will activate an item on the ConsoleOne menu (F,E,V,T and H), or any number. So, for example, you could press [Alt]Z, or [Alt]1, and so on. A text box opens in the lower-right corner of the ConsoleOne window, and the cursor is placed into this text box. Enter the name or portions of the name of the object you're looking for, and you'll be taken directly to the object, or the first object that matches the information you entered.
