PSERVER doesn't connect

If you've applied NetWare 5 Service Pack 4 (NW5SP4), you might have run into the problem that PSERVER.NLM won't connect to the print server. Other symptoms of this include not being able to print to a printer connected to the server, getting a PSERVER message saying that the printer is not connected, the printer showing as not connected in the printer status area of PSERVER, and the NPRINTER screen not displaying at the server console. To fix this problem, Novell has released an updated version of PSERVER.NLM. It's available in NW5PSERV.EXE, which you can download from Novell's Knowledgebase (use the file finder to find the file). Once you've downloaded the file and extracted it, unload PSERVER.NLM, make a backup copy of the old PSERVER.NLM (located in SYS:SYSTEM), copy the new PSERVER.NLM to SYS:SYSTEM, and then load the new PSERVER.NLM.
